When I wrote the first three stories in this series, I posted them to Amazon and pretty much walked away.
I realize now that was a stupid thing to do.
The stories were for fun, and I figured if they got a few downloads, that'd be great. Book four sat on my PC mostly finished for several months and then one weekend I decided to finish it up. I opened the files for the first three stories and gave them a polish.
Reading through those stories I realized they were great, hot, sexy fun, and deserved more attention. So I tapped a good friend who does cover art, and got spankin' new covers for the stories.
Hot damn what did I know? A freebie promotion on the first book and the whole series took off.
Hidden Pleasures has been added to TBR piles on GoodReads. People cared enough to leave reviews! Holy fucking shit guys!
My assistant told me to put up a website, so here it is. People are even stopping by to look around.
To say I'm as shocked as Ronnie was that first night she ran into Luis outside her door is an understatement.
I'll be adding some content here now and then, but I'll be honest. I'm shit at blogging. I just don't do it regularly. If you want to stay on top of stuff, I suggest signing up for the newsletter. I'll only email ya when there's a new book coming, and I like to give out prizes to the people who subscribe. So it's a win/win situation for everyone.
Oh! And yeah...book 5 is in the works. The plot line has been rattling around in my head. I don't know how many more stories Gavin, Luis, and Ronnie will be front and center in, but they've definitely got another one coming. I'm going to try really hard to have it come out this month, but I do have another publishing commitment that takes precedence.
The plot of the next story revolves around a very pushy and domineering Luis getting tricksy in his efforts to get Ronnie to move in permanently. Gavin has to come to terms with his new status in the relationship, and Ronnie has to decide just how far she's willing to let Luis push her.....does she give him what he wants, or does she resist. And what does she really want anyway? She's young, not quite sure what she wants career wise, and you all know just how persuasive these guys can be. ;)
You're all wondering...how does Luis convince her? Well...let's just say he makes her wear something to work as little "fun" punishment... The trio might take a trip back to the club as well. Not sure yet.
